I’m Alyssa
I came from the 9-5 life but was always looking for a creative outlet in my life. That manifested itself in many ways - interior design, blogging, creating graphics, and so on. When I discovered the virtual assistant world, it combined my passion of helping business owners with that creative outlet I was craving.
My goal is to help you create streamlined and automated processes so that you can be present for your true passion and to show up for your “why” in your business.

There is a sea of online tools that help businesses automate and manage projects and tasks. This can be daunting to set up and a big learning curve to use. That is where I come in. We will discuss your business operations and needs, and I can help you identify the areas that can be automated and what tools would work best. I will then set up those systems and come alongside you to learn how to use those systems.

This is very near to my heart and my truest passion. I love to see people begin something they love doing. I want to help you get started and see you shine and succeed! That’s why I have a few options for you:
VIP Day
Book me for an entire day where I’m completely immersed in your brand and dedicated to you and your needs alone.
This will involve some pre-intensive client homework to help us get started during your 1 hour strategy call. We will make a plan of action and determine which materials you’ll need to send my way so I can complete the tasks at hand.
Better prep = more work completed!
After our session, I’ll spend a full day on our plan of action.

I started my business as a passionate mompreneur determined to work from home to have the flexibility I craved. After discovering the virtual assistant world, it opened my eyes to all the possibilities. Now I love helping new and growing businesses with system set up, streamlining operations, and getting started in their adventure.

My “Why”
I talk about focusing on your “why” of your business pretty often. It’s a concept I learned from the book Find Your Why by Simon Sinek about what inspires you to do what you do and who you want to be.
I’ve embraced this by exploring who and what has shaped me.
My daughter. Everyone warns you how much life will change after your first baby. Even after all the sleep deprivation and figuring out how to keep a tiny human alive, the hardest thing was going back to work in an office. I dreaded it. I did not want to leave my sweet baby girl for anything. I wanted to watch her grow, learn, explore. I knew in those moments that something in my career was going to have to change.
My grandfather. Right before I was to go back to work, my grandfather lost his battle with Parkinson’s. He was my rock, my hero, and the reason I joined the military. He made me the person I am today. One of the many lessons he taught me was that the best ability is depend-ability. And I strive for that every single day.
My husband. My biggest supporter and my other half. I could not do anything I do without him. We’ve gone through many trials in life, and have come out on the other side stronger and healthier.
God. I thank God every day for my very breath. For the blessing of those in my life who inspire me daily. He is the ultimate reason and I give Him all the praise and glory and honor in this adventure.
